Shipping policy

Our store processes orders within 24-72 hours and delivers within a usual time frame of 7-15 days, but due to a very high demand, shipping times can be extended to 16-30 days, with all shipments tracked for your convenience. We are not responsible for any delays or damage during transportation. We recommend that you check your order within 24 hours of receipt and contact us if any problems arise. We accept refund requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is correct and up to date. If you move or need to set up a forwarding address after placing an order, please note the following:

Address Changes:
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to update the shipping address. If you anticipate a change of address, please contact us immediately after placing your order so we can assist, if possible. An address change can only be done within 24 hours of purchase. 

Forwarding Responsibility:
If you move after your order has been shipped, it is your responsibility to set up mail forwarding with your local postal service to ensure the package reaches your new address. We are not liable for packages that cannot be delivered due to address changes.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages:
If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the failure to set up forwarding, we cannot be held responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. Additional reshipping fees may apply if the package is returned to us and you request redelivery.

Please contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
